TERRA FIRMA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

When they took over the management of our property, we had $500 in our operating account and were over $200,000 in unpaid vendor debt. We had serious unresolved maintenance problems.

Daniel Perez has worked with our association since his company took over the management of our property. He has brought the short-term maintenance problems under control and developed a long-term plan to solve the more major maintenance problems. All of this was accomplished during the Covid-19 crisis. Additionally, our finances are back under control, and we are on the path to a complete recovery.

I recommend Jackson Lastra Property Management as an excellent property management company. They are an extremely level-headed and practical company that can solve problems.”
